We are the only property finders in Sydney that provide feedback to our clients about the true market value of properties being considered. Most of our competitors choose not to for two main reasons:
- They are not registered property valuers
- It makes it much harder for them to identify suitable properties and negotiate a good price.
Many property finders and buyers agents don’t understand the difference between value and price. Even worse, some do and still refer to an asking price as a property’s value to make themselves look better.
When values are not discussed all property finders need to do is get a discount from an asking price to claim they have achieved a saving for their client.
