If you’ve already found a suitable property we can negotiate the purchase on your behalf.
We negotiate the purchase to benefit you as much as possible. In addition to negotiating the price we focus on securing the property on the best possible terms for you.
We can take care of all external consultants including solicitors, pest and building inspectors and architects.
If you would like to conduct the property search yourself or if you have already found a property and would like Aspect Property Finders to conduct a valuation and the negotiations, we will provide the following services:
- Value – Market Value is determined by a registered property valuer and presented in a written report.
- Negotiate – Our negotiation skills will ensure that you get the right property at the best possible price and on your terms.
For properties going to auction we usually attempt to negotiate the purchase prior to the auction date. However, should it proceed to auction, we will bid at the auction on your behalf, and manage any post auction negotiations should the property pass in or be withdrawn. Dovetailing of settlement dates avoids further stress and saves you money.
- Other Services – we will arrange all related services, such as building and pest inspections and strata searches, property managers for investment properties, lawyers, mortgage brokers, tax consultants and insurance if required. All external consultants fees are at client's expense.
- Post Exchange Services – we will maintain contact after exchange of contracts up to final settlement to ensure all is running smoothly.
Our Valuation and Negotiation Service is available in relation to one property or for multiple properties.
Legal requirements for bidding at auction in Sydney
Aspect Property Finders will advise you on and make all the necessary arrangements to represent you at auction including the details needed for the bidders’ register and the letter of authority for the auctioneer or a formal Power of Attorney.
